I really believed it smelled more powerful than some of the "top shelf" choices that were nearly twice the price, and the budtender concurred with me, saying that it was most likely the finest quality/price blend offered in the shop at the time. He discussed that it wasn't really a lower-grade item, they just had a great deal of it, and that's why it was on special (I always value the included context when trying to parse out why I am paying $5 per gram more for one pressure versus another, so kudos to the personnel at CCF for describing things).

While the structure was certainly "kushy" thick, mostly rounded-triangle buds, with minor crowns on top something didn't appear right, however I chalked it as much as perhaps being because of growing style. Nevertheless, when I got to actually smoking it, the odor that I got in the grinder was completely various than what I was getting in the jar, both at the store and in the child-proof plastic container.
